Springboard Biodiesel is proud to introduce the SpringPro T76, the first drywash system available from the manufacturer of the BioPro line of biodiesel processors. As with our BioPro processors, the SpringPro T76 stresses quality and ease of use. Using a dual tower design with elevated resin support beds, the SpringPro T76 offers superior resin performance and efficiency by ensuring uniform fluid concentration throughout the entire column length. The SpringPro T76 is plumbed in a classic lead/lag configuration for optimal fuel purification and longer resin life. The SpringPro T76 works in conjunction with any biodiesel processor. Dramatically increasing the overall processing capacity of a biodiesel processor (If you use a BioPro, it will double your processing capability).
The BioPro 190 is, hands down, the easiest small scale way to produce biodiesel available today. Fully automated and optimized for multiple feedstocks, the BioPro 190 is engineered for superior performance. Unlike other biodiesel processor's the BioPro family can use a two-stage method in making biodiesel, making it the highest quality and most reliable processor available. Unlike other processor's, the set up time for the biopro is extremely fast. Simply unload the machine out of the crate, plug it in the wall, put in your feedstock (up to the Fill Line), add your methanol and sulfuric acid, which will mix to create methoxide and press the big green start button (Springboard of course recommends reading the user manual prior to making your first batch, as it will help familiarize you with the machine).
The BioPro 380 is the workhorse of the BioPro biodiesel processor line. Capable of processing over 18,000 to 62,000 gallons of biodiesel annually (depending on your configuration), it is well suited to support commercialized fleets, trucks, municipalities or any company or institution focused on reducing its diesel bill and its carbon footprint. The BioPro 380 operates the exact same way as the 190, press the big green start button and walk away. The INCOSEP is now available with the BioPro 380.
The BioPro 150 offers the same quality, ease of use, and safety that the BioPro 190 and the BioPro 380 are known for, but in a smaller package, producing 40 gallons of biodiesel every 48 hours. As with the BioPro 190 and the BioPro 380, the BioPro 150 is constructed of 304 stainless steel, and all components are high quality, industrial grade.
